Residents and tennis fans in a Winchester village can now enjoy the luxury of three new tennis court.
The new tennis courts are funded by different sources, including Colden Common Parish Council, the Lawn Tennis Association and Sports England.
Rob Veck, Chairman of the Colden Common Tennis Club, said it took a year and a half to finish the project.
Residents can access the courts through an online booking system provided by the Lawn Tennis Association.
The organisers are encouraging local residents to become full time members with range of benefits.
Mr Veck said: “This membership is on a household basis which means any member of the family can access the courts for a game of tennis.”
“This represents an excellent value both to families and the community.”
